About

I am currently employed as a physics teacher at the Singapore American School. This will be my eleventh year of teaching -- I am excited about this opportunity to teach internationally. I have two degrees from the College of William and Mary: Bachelor's of Science in Physics and Master's of Arts in Education for Curriculum and Instruction in Secondary Science, with an emphasis on Physics. I have also completed my Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina; my dissertation focused on the implementation of Modeling Instruction in AP Physics C: Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism. During my time as an undergraduate at the College, I played varsity soccer and performed physics research with physics professors. I will post items related to education, sports, and travel on this website -- please ask questions!
